30-day returns

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

1. Email support@larknook.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back with a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping cost

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, return shipping is free — we’ll send you a prepaid label, or refund you without requiring a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange or a refund and new order.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (such as makeup brushes or hair accessories) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
